We’ve taken four of our most popular door styles and created new, deeper-profiled versions of each, giving you even more design versatility while staying within the one-piece MDF category. These newly released doors bring a richer, more pronounced detail to cabinetry — a look that continues to dominate in both contemporary and transitional spaces.

Why Deeper Matters in Cabinet Door Design

Deeper routing adds a subtle dimension and a sense of craftsmanship to a cabinet door. It’s a small change that can have a big impact, drawing the eye in and elevating the aesthetic. These new, deeper options bring more visual interest, shadowing, and texture, making them a hit with today’s design-forward clients. Let’s take a closer look:

These pairs share similar profiles and proportions, but the new upgraded styles offer a noticeably deeper routed profile, giving them more visual weight and a heightened sense of character.

The Kingston one-piece MDF door offers a fresh shaker look with deeper profile depth, adding rich detail and dimension.

The Perth one-piece MDF door features a wide shaker style with deep profiles, creating bold, detailed, modern cabinetry design.

Elevate your space with the Cranbrook one-piece MDF door—timeless shaker style with deeper routing for bold elegance.

Elevate your kitchen with the Whistler one-piece MDF door—clean lines, bold elegance, and deeper routing for modern sophistication.
