It’s been 20 years and counting since Superior Cabinets designed and installed our Kitchen and it’s still going strong! There are very few signs of wear except for a little paint rubbing off on edges of fronts and the white edging had yellowed over time, which was easy to paint. Just before Christmas, I decided to renovate my kitchen. I obtained 4 quotes from very reputable Kitchen Cabinet suppliers. I met with Chelsey at Superior Kitchen Cabinets and Knew immediately upon meeting her, who my choice would be. She designed a stunning kitchen with every little detail adding up to perfection. Nothing was ever too much for Chelsey. She is a Professional with an expert eye and truly goes above and beyond. I would strongly recommend Superior Cabinets to anyone who is looking any type of cabinets. I am very pleased with the workmanship, quality and the attention to detail that was provided by Superior. Wendy Prodaniuk, our Senior Designer was extremely helpful and had a lot of great ideas to help us design the prefect kitchen, ensuite and laundry room. All the staff were very professional and everything was installed as pre the schedule. Wendy made several site visits to the house to make sure the measurements and the design was just right. Daris Kieley, the project manager also made several visits to our home to make sure that the cabinets and counter tops met Superior Cabinets high standards. Wanted to share regarding our great experience with Jade Jabusch at Superior Cabinets! Our builder had installed under-cabinet lighting at our request when we built our home, one year ago. The installation was completed in a way that made the electrical work very visible. I worked with Jade Jabusch in the summer of 2012. We live in Calgary but have a cabin at Turtle Lake, Sk. Superior Cabinets came to my attention from my Aunt who also used them for a kitchen renovation at Turtle Lake. Because we live in Calgary, most of my communication with Jade was via phone and email. Jade was excellent to work with. Jade was very good and timely at returning emails or phone calls. Jade came out to the cabin and measured the kitchen and based on discussions was able to send me a kitchen design. From there, Jade sent photos of different colours, types of wood, etc and we were able to go to a sister company here in Calgary to view the different wood types and colours. I went to Megan with a limited budget doubting she could meet my wants and needs within that budget. I was pleased and surprised with the plans she provided for me. She saw beyond my vision. She provided options for me within my budget and throughout the process remained aware of my budget, wants/needs and was very patient with me! We took down a wall between the kitchen/living room to provide an island. The upper and base cabinets are Meringue in colour. The island is Tungsten Maple. I wanted a large island. This one measures 4’X8′ and provides much more storage than I’ve ever had. When you come in the back door Megan designed a custom ‘mud room’ providing a place to hang coats and store boots etc. this has a faux-front and my pantry is beside it. She tied the living room in with custom cabinets on either side of the fireplace to house the media components. If my contractor had any questions Megan was very quick to get back to us. When it comes to cabinet manufactures, Superior is the best of the best. They are elegant, unique, extremely high quality, real wood and above all; a pleasure to deal with! These are not your average “Pick layout 1, 2, or 3” kind of manufacture, they are all completely custom made. We had the main floor of our house gutted. Changed the entire layout of how the kitchen was previously situated, then had Superior build the floor plan with us to match every need we had. All drawers and cupboards have German designed, “intelligent drawer systems” that is like ‘soft close’ function so no matter how hard you slam them they slowly glide and suction to a silent close (so cool!) Also, after completing the plans I informed them that I was going with a restaurant grade Kitchen Aid 6 burner, gas, double oven… Meaning, they had to redo all of the measurements because my dream stove was going to be higher and wider then a regular one. Not one complaint or delay, they reconfigured everything to my needs. Also, they really ask about your life, how tall you are, what level of home-chef you are and build kitchen and bathroom spaces that fit your needs perfectly. It has now been about a year and a half since our cabinets were installed and they are brilliant. Not a flaw and they receive so many complements from everyone that walks in our door. When you are ready to build your dream kitchen and/or bathroom, do not hesitate to use Superior Cabinets. At the beginning the process seemed scary, daunting and quite overwhelming to me (my other half was cool as a cucumber about it all!) but I worried, what if I didn’t like it, what if it came out all wrong? Superior knows that this is a big deal, for many of us the Kitchen is the centre of our lives. They were trustworthy and did not let us down. We renovated our kitchen about 2 years ago. From the moment we stepped into the Superior showroom, we were impressed with the level of customer service, the selection of products, and their ability to customize each kitchen to every buyer’s individual needs and budget.
