The most common wood alternative cabinets are MDF, Laminate and Thermofoil. In order to accommodate for this growth in our Laminate Cabinet category, we have added 7 new finishes to our line-up.

Laminate cabinets, also known as TFL (Thermally Fused Laminate) are a new iteration of melamine. It offers the unique textures and characteristics of real wood, bit at a fraction of the cost. A laminate finish is also extremely durable and easy to clean, making it perfect for the busy household. Available colours range from cool white high-gloss finishes, all the way to warm rich faux wood tones.

Wood alternative cabinets aren’t for everyone but don’t discount them until you’ve had the chance to experience them in person. There’s good reason for wood alternative cabinets to be seeing a resurgence in dream kitchens.
