Chris Eden brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Superior Cabinets team in his role as Senior Design Consultant. With a lifelong dedication to the cabinet industry, Chris embarked on his journey in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, UK, initially as an apprentice woodworking machinist at Dunlop/Slazenger sports company. Over a period of five years, he diligently pursued his education, earning three City & Guilds of London Certificates.

His passion for woodworking eventually led him to a small family-owned business specializing in Kitchen/Bedroom cabinetry and furniture. Here, he recognized his true calling and transitioned into the design department, where he found his niche.

Chris’s journey took an international turn as he ventured to Canada multiple times, eventually deciding to make it his new home. Upon arrival, he commenced his Canadian career with a smaller company, later becoming one of Western Canada’s premier cabinet suppliers. His ascent within the company saw him progress through various roles, starting as a designer, advancing to sales manager, and ultimately assuming the role of VP of Sales. With a profound understanding of team building, Chris fostered teams that excelled in retail renovations, new home construction, and multifamily projects.

Chris is thrilled to embark on the next chapter of his career at Superior Cabinets, Calgary. In this role, he aims to leverage his extensive knowledge and expertise to contribute to Superior’s growth and success and to make it the best in the Calgary market.

Chris welcomes anyone in Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Canmore, Banff, Red Deer, Medicine Hat, Lethbridge, and area to contact him if they want to design and renovate their kitchen cabinets.

Outside of his professional life, Chris enjoys a diverse range of interests, including travel, fishing, outdoor adventures, and quality time spent with his family.
