Berni is the master of two disciplines: professional cabinet installation and expert design. Berni got his start with Superior Cabinets Winnipeg in 2020 as the Lead Cabinet Installer and serves with professional design as an Independent Kitchen and Bath Design Contractor.

Berni has a meticulous eye for small details that matter when striving for the best, which is essential as a master carpenter and designer. He got his start early when he was old enough to hold a hammer, where he worked with his father doing finish carpentry in new homes in the early 1980s. Since 1988, Berni has either owned his own custom cabinet shop or worked for a major cabinet manufacturer leveraging his skills in management, cutting, assembly, countertop fabrication, installation, and design.

In his free time, Berni enjoys travelling and hiking with his wife. He also enjoys lots of ice fishing on Lake Winnipeg.
