The 2026 Spring Home Shows marked a strong start to the year for Superior Cabinets Corporate Stores and Design Studios, highlighted by two award-winning displays and four major shows across Western Canada.
From the Calgary Renovation Show in January to a packed March run through HomeStyles Home Show, Regina Spring Home Show, and Edmonton Home + Garden Show, this year’s circuit brought together thousands of homeowners, builders, and designers—all looking for ideas, expertise, and trusted partners.
For Superior Cabinets, it was more than a presence. It was a statement.
Two Awards, One Standard: Design That Performs
This season delivered two major recognitions:
- 🏆 Best Medium Space — Edmonton Home + Garden Show
- 🏆 Best Double Booth — HomeStyles Saskatoon
At the Edmonton show, the award-winning display (Booth 2607) showcased a balance of form and function—spaces designed to work, built to last, and detailed with intent. The layout featured multiple cabinetry and millwork zones, including a bar, island, fireplace mantle, vanity, and mudroom, all unified with integrated lighting.
In Saskatoon, the double booth elevated both scale and storytelling, combining product, layout, and real-life application into a cohesive walk-through experience. Featured spaces included an L-shaped kitchen, an island, a mudroom, and a custom TV entertainment unit, all brought together again through thoughtful lighting and execution.
Together, these award-winning displays reflect a clear philosophy: great cabinetry must perform in real life—and that only happens with expert design guiding every decision.

Calgary Renovation Show — Setting the Tone
The season opened at the Calgary Renovation Show, where homeowners early in their renovation journey connected with designers, explored materials, and accessed exclusive show promotions.
HomeStyles Saskatoon — Award-Winning Engagement
At HomeStyles Home Show, Superior Cabinets expanded beyond the booth with a presence on the speaker stage. “Kitchens Designed for Living” sessions brought design thinking directly to attendees—bridging inspiration with actionable insights, presented by Marina Arthur, General Manager, and Melissa MacDonald, Design Consultant.
Combined with the Best Double Booth award, Saskatoon stood out as both an educational and experiential highlight. This is the second year in a row that Superior Cabinets Saskatoon has won this award.
The Saskatoon display carried that same thinking at a larger scale, bringing together an L-shaped kitchen, island, mudroom, and custom TV entertainment unit within a seamless, walk-through layout. Each space was carefully connected through integrated lighting.
Regina Spring Home Show — Built by Partnerships
At the Regina Spring Home Show, the focus shifted to execution. The Regina booth featured Rustic Knotty Alder Wood, Spice Stain, Aurora Rustic Door, and Rustic Hickory Wood, Anchor Stain, Canmore Rustic Door, combined with many integrated lighting details that illuminated the show this year. Industrial vibes dominated the display.
From delivery to installation to finishing details, the Regina display reflected collaboration across trades and partners—demonstrating what it takes to bring a project together in real life. It was a reminder that great outcomes are rarely individual—they’re built.
Edmonton Home + Garden Show — A Winning Finish
The season closed at the Edmonton Home + Garden Show with a standout performance.The award-winning display drew consistent traffic, conversations, and engagement throughout the show—anchored by a simple idea:
“Great design starts with a conversation.”
Design highlights brought multiple cabinetry and millwork applications together in one cohesive footprint, including a bar, island, fireplace mantle, vanity, and mudroom. Delivering this level of variety within a single display takes careful planning—executed with precision by the Superior Cabinets Edmonton team.
