Manufacturing accounts for $5.5 billion in exports and contributes approximately 6.0 per cent to the province’s GDP. “Saskatchewan manufacturers are recognized around the world for their ingenuity, innovation and integrity,” CME Vice President and Executive Director of the Saskatchewan Manufacturing Council Derek Lothian said. “They are not only setting Canadian benchmarks; they are global leaders in industrial excellence. National Manufacturing Month is the perfect forum to recognize these contributions, and celebrate their successes.” ¹November 24-28, 2014 will be proclaimed as Manufacturing Week in Saskatchewan. Superior Cabinets would like to thank Derek Lothian, Rob Norris and Warren Michelson for their visit.
