    How do I decide where to focus my budget?

    If you are selling your home then you should gear your selections to what will sell your home.  Don’t go too modern, or too traditional, try and keep it somewhere in the middle. You want to create a wow factor visually. This will get the most market appeal and help you maximize your profit. If you are planning on staying, you have to remember that this is YOUR home and you’re the one who will be living in your kitchen.  Make a wish list. Write down what is most important to you and what you definitely don’t want.  This will help you to prioritize as there are so many options available. You will still want to create a visually appealing kitchen, but you may focus some of your budget on functional features like corner drawers and interior organization. Your Kitchen Designer will help you determine the best options to create a kitchen that is unique to your needs, and will fit within your budget.
